My cash-pay rate for individuals in person in Southlake, TX, or anywhere in Texas virtually is $150/hr.
I reserve a limited number of spots in my schedule to offer reduced-fee sessions. When possible, I will work with you to find a way for therapy to be financially sustainable. Please contact me to discuss this.
I have a 24-business-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify me at least 24 business hours in advance. If you do not cancel and/or do not show up for your session, you will still be charged the full session fee.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
What can I expect in the process?
When starting counseling, it's important to have some expectations in mind. Firstly, expect a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. Your counselor will listen attentively and offer empathy and support. Secondly, anticipate that therapy may be challenging at times. Exploring difficult emotions and experiences can be uncomfortable, but it is an essential part of the healing process. Additionally, expect collaboration. Your therapist will work alongside you to set goals and develop strategies for personal growth. Finally, expect gradual progress. Counseling is not a quick fix, but rather a journey of self-discovery and transformation. With patience and commitment, you can expect to see positive changes in your life.
